At Cassiltoun Housing Association, we aim to provide you with a high level of service and aspire to get it right first time, every time. That is why we have just completed a tenant satisfaction survey which encompassed 400 of our 996 tenants. Once the results have been collected they will be published along with an action plan to address any issues that have been identified.
In addition to this, anytime that you have a repair carried out in your home, the Association's contractor will ask you to complete a Satisfaction Survey. Please complete these surveys as your views are important to the Association and assist the Association in developing it's standards and services.
