Invoices

 

Cassiltoun Housing Association unlike many other Association's issues factoring invoices quarterly in arrears rather than in advance.i.e. the invoice that is issued on the 31st March is for the period of Jan-March. 

The invoices will be issued on or after:- 

  • 31st March
  • 30th June
  • 30th September
  • 31st December

Your factoring charges include: 

  • Management Fee
  • Buildings insurance
  • Back court maintenance
  • Stair Cleaning (unless whole close has opted out)
  • Stair lighting
  • Estate maintenance (where applicable)
  • Common electrics (where applicable)

Payment is due within 28 days of reciept of the invoice.  However, many of our owners prefer to pay a certain amount that will cover the cost of the invoice on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis rather than pay the whole bill at the one time.  You should have a payment card with which to pay your invoice.  If you do not have a card please contact the office and one will be ordered for you.  Payment can be made by the following methods:- 

  • Chip and pin at the office or by telephone
  • Cash or cheque in the office
  • Post Office
  • Bank of Scotland, Main Street, Rutherglen
  • Standing order through your bank account
