Cassiltoun Housing Association prides itself on our high standards of performance and customer care. In order to ensure that we maintain these standards, we rigourously monitor our performance against challenging targets that we set each year.
The Association's Operations Sub Committee have the responsibility to ensure that our operational targets and performance are reviewed and monitored. We also publish our targets and performance in our quarterly newsletters and most recently in the annually produced Tenants Charter Report Card which highlights our performance and how we benchmark against local housing associations and the Scottish average performance.
Also, in line with the Tenants Charter guidance, the Association works with a Tenant Scrutiny Panel to further independently check various reports and records to ensure that they are satisfied with the accuracy of performance.
To view our performance, visit our download section where the Tenants Report Card, Annual Reports and newsletters are all available.
The Association's Report Card provides information on 17 of the 18 indicators that the Scottish Housing Regulator recommends that landlords should report on. Indicator 16 is not included in the Report Card. Indicator 16 is the % of tenants who have had repairs or maintenance carried out in the last 12 months who were satisfied with the repairs and maintenance service.
Cassiltoun Housing Association Performance was 99.3%
The Scottish Average was 89.3%
