Applying For A Home
If you are over the age of 16 and looking for accommodation within our area please contact the office to have an application form sent out via post or email. If you require assistance to fill in the form then please let us know so an appointment can be arranged in office or telephone.
The Association operates with an Allocation Policy which assess each application on housing need, this is done through a structured pointing system. It is therefore important that some time is taken to provide as much information as possible so that the application can be accurately assessed and the relevant points awarded. It is especially important to answer all medical questions if someone to be rehoused with you has a medical condition which needs to be taken into consideration.
Please be advised that all ID must be provided with the application or it will not be accepted.
