Cassiltoun currently has 3 development projects at various stages.
Our Barlia 3 project is made up of three separate sites, all being built for us by Cruden Building and Renewal Ltd. The three sites will in total produce 42 new homes for rent. The project has been supported by Glasgow City Council with grant assistance through the Affordable Housing Supply Programme.
The largest site is where the old Castlemilk East Parish Church stood on Barlia Terrace. There are 22 units at this site- a mixture of flats and townhouses. The other two sites are the former Labour club site and the former Repairs office at Barlia Street
There is a mixture of flats, cottage flats and town houses being developed. These new homes are currently being allocated.
