Tenants Satisfaction Survey
91% of tenants satisfied with the overall service provided by the Association.
Cassiltoun Housing Association carried out our 3 yearly Tenants Satisfaction Survey between the 1st July 2019 and the 2nd August 2019. We recieved very positive results from over the 400 tenants surveyed. Some key reponses detailed below:-
- 100% feel that the Association are good or fairly good at keeping them informed about our services and decisions
- 91% and 69% prefer to be kept informed by newsletters or letters.
- 100% are satisfied with the opportunities to participate in Cassiltoun’s decision making processes.
- 90% are satisfied with the repairs and maintenance service.
