Tenants Satisfaction Survey
Cassiltoun Housing Association carried out our 3 yearly Tenants Satisfaction Survey in September 2022. We were disapointed with the results which are shown below and an imporvement plan has been put in place:-
- 83.7% of tenants are satisfied with the overall service provided by the Association.
- 94.8% feel that the Association are good or fairly good at keeping them informed about our services and decisions.
- 97.4% of tenants are satisfied with opportunities given to them to participate in Cassiltoun’s decision making.
- 82.5% of tenants are satisfied with the quality of their home.
- 79.5% of tenants are satisfied with the repairs service.
- 90.8% of tenants are satified with Cassiltoun's contribution to the management of the neighbourhood they live in.
