Cassiltoun Housing Association strives to offer the best possible standard of repairs service to all residents in properties owned and managed by the Association.
Since March 2009 we have worked in partnership with City Building who provide all our reactive repairs service and City Technical who provide gas breakdown cover and annual gas servicing.
We have found that this partnerships works exceptionally well providing a responsive and reliable service to all our tenants. Performance has improved greatly with this partnership with 99.9% of all our repairs now completed within the required timescales. In addition to this, tenant satisfaction, which we measure through tenant satisfaction return forms, has also greatly improved with an average over all points measured of 98.9% satisfaction.
