Buildings Insurance

We have a Block Buildings Insurance Policy, which provides cover for all our factored owners.  The insurance policy is underwritten by ACASO.  The excess for any claims made under the policy is £250.00 for each claim made.

Claims should be made by contacting this office and an inspection will be carried out within 5 working days and all information will be forwarded to the insurers.

The policy covers the usual Buildings Insurance perils which include Fire, Storm, Vandalism, Theft and Accidental Damage.  Please note that wear and tear repairs are not covered by Buildings Insurance.

An insurance summary will be issued annually and is available on request from the office.

Please note that this is buildings insurance only and owners are advised to take out their own home contents insurance.
