The Association provides a comprehensive repairs service to ensure that our buildings are maintained to the highest possible standard. For owners, the repair service provided is for all the common and external parts of the property. All internal repairs are the responsibility of the owner.
A seperate monthly invoice will be issued for repairs upon completion. The invoice will detail;
- The nature of the work carried out.
- A breakdown of the total cost, showing the VAT.
- A breakdown of each individual owner's cost.
Glasgow City Council provides this service with the cost paid by Cassiltoun and recharged to owners through the quarterly invoice.
This service is provided through the Association's contractor Caledonian Maintenance Services. Where owners are in the majority within a block of flats they can opt out of this service, however satisfaction remains high with this service.
Back Court Maintenance
This service is provided by the Association's contractor Caledonian Maintenance Services who maintain the back court areas and move the bulk refuse to the designated area for the Council's Cleansing Department to uplift.
Similarly to back court maintenance this service is provided by Caledonian Maintenance Services to keep the common areas within the estate tidy. However, this can only be carried out for the areas that are in Cassiltoun's ownership, Council land must be maintained by the Council.
