Clair Malpas
Group Chief Executive
Clair became Chief Executive on the 1st April 2019.
She has worked at Cassiltoun since 2007 and became part of the SMT in 2013.
Her early career was as a professional in the field of Welfare Rights. She set up and delivered Welfare Rights services for a number of Housing Association's across Scotland and is well known in the sector for her work on Welfare Reform mitigation.
She is a leading expert in the field of Community Regeneration and since 2010 has had responsibility for delivering Cassiltoun's highly regarded Regeneration and Social Enterprise programme, which has attracted over £2 million in external funding and delivered a range of diverse and award winning projects as well as attracting visitors from across the globe.
Clair has an ILM in Leadership and Management, a BA (Hons) in Economics from Lancaster University and a MPhil in Social Welfare Law from Leicester University. She is also a qualified Prince 2 practitioner, trained to deliver Social Returns on Investment (SROI) and a well known speaker at sector wide conferences.
