Clare MacLean

Housing Manager

Clare MacLean joined the Senior Leadership Team in May 2022 as a result of a staff structure review. 

Clare joined Cassiltoun Housing Association as a Housing Officer in 2009, as a direct result of our growth after stock transfer.  However, Clare originally joined the Cassiltoun Group in 2004 with the local housing organisation based at Cassiltoun Housing Association’s office.  

Clare’s is responsible for leading, supporting and developing the Housing (Services) and Advice staff team effectively by communicating the Association’s key objectives and targets.

She has 40 years’ experience in housing operating mainly in Housing Services with most of her career within the Castlemilk Community.
