Natalie Tobin

Natalie was elected at the AGM held on 12th August 2024.

Natalie began her social housing career in 2003 with South Lanarkshire Council where she started out as a skill seeker in maintenance.   Throughout her career she has worked across most departments including Housing Management, Property Services, Customer Services and Governance.  Natalie currently works within the Factoring Department of a Housing Association.  Natalie has completed the Fundamentals of Factoring in Scotland, gaining the Property Institute (TPI) Associate status.  She is an active member of the Factoring Forum and provide sessions for peers.
