Pamela was co-opted onto the Board of Management at their meeting in September 2024 and elected at the AGM on 11th August 2025.

Pamela works in the development department of another Glasgow Community based Housing Association. She holds a degree in International Events Management, CIH Level 4 in Housing and is currently studying for a degree in Construction Management.

She has experience of working in development and investment in social housing, as well as working in the construction industry.
