Paula Brownlie

Head of Corporate, HR & Finance

Paula joined Cassiltoun in 2011 and is responsible for human resources, governance support, Board and staff training and supports the CEO to ensure that the Association remains compliant.

She joined the Senior Leadership Team in April 2013 as a result of a staff structure review.

Paula has 40 years experience in the Housing Association sector operating mainly in HR and Corporate Services including 7 years with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Paula holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Caledonian University.  In March 2014, Paula successfully achieved the CIPFA : Certificate in Corporate Governance with Distinction.    

Paula also holds an ILM SCQF Level 9 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
