Property Factor's Act

 The Property Factor's (Scotland) Act 2011, incorporating the new code of conduct, came into effect in October 2012. Cassiltoun Housing Association, in line with this act, registered as a Property Factor effective from 19th December 2012. Our Property Factor Registration Number is PF000154, which you will see quoted on any documentation sent to you from the Housing Association.

As required by the Property Factor's Act, the Association has produced a 'Written Statement of Services'. The statement details;
