Rechargeable Repairs
Accidents do happen, but if a repair arises due to intentional damage, neglect or carelessness on your part, through the actions of other members of your household or visitors to your home, you will be re-charged for the cost of the repair.
Examples of rechargeable repairs are as follows:
- Lost keys
- Damage resulting from leaks from washing machine connections
- Blocked sinks, wash-hand basins and WCs
- Faulty appliances causing electricity circuit to trip
- Holes in doors
- Broken windows
- Loose or missing kitchen units or drawer fronts
- Burns to kitchen worktops
- Unapproved removal of heating or other appliances
