The Assoication carry out repair work to our tenants homes in partnership with City Building and City Technical. City Building provide all our reactive repairs service and City Technical cary out our gas repairs and gas servicing. We have found that these partnerships works exceptionally well providing a responsive and reliable service to all our tenants. Performance has improved greatly with this partnership with 99.9% of all our repairs now completed within the required timescales. In addition to this, tenant satisfaction, which we measure through tenant satisfaction return forms, has also greatly improved with an average over all points measured of 98.9% satisfaction.
