The Scottish Housing Regulator

The Scottish Housing Regulator have published a guide for tenants and service users which explains how they regulate social landlords in Scotland. It explains who they are and what they do, how they do it, and how to raise a concern about your landlord.  

They also have a landlord directory which inclues all of the information they publish about social landlord's performance, including landlord reports, annual assurance statements and engagement plans.
